"All Cape came out to repair a 20+ year old dryer which was at the end of its life. We decided to replace both washer and dryer. All Cape had a matching pair and delivered in one week. Steve and Joe delivered and installed both units — got them thur tight doorways without a problem. Installation was very quick with no surprises. Friendly and fast!"

"I have never written a bad review before but I must on this one. First, the delivery people were wonderful, polite, on time and very professional. My complaint is that I ordered a stove and the wrong one was delivered, I called and they said new one coming next week. Next week arrived and a heavily damaged stove came off the truck which was promptly taken away. I called again and was told there was no guarantee it would arrive next week. I told them I had been now waiting 2 going on 3 weeks and asked to speak to the owner. The staff member told me he does not accept calls; I thought because of my dilemma we could expedite my stove order and was told “he does not do well with demands”! Being without a stove for this long I emailed the manager/owner and he said he is canceling the order because he stated “ I am canceling the order because I obviously cannot make you happy”. I asked him to call me and discuss because I did not want to go through the ordering time/work with another company. No response; calling the staff again they said they were told to not do any business with me! Be aware!"
