"This is the first time I have given a business 5 stars when Reed Appliance never came to my home. My 'fridge was making so much noise, especially when I opened the freezer drawer. I called and it went like this: "Well, try this first, before I make a house call. You may be able to fix it yourself". Okay...??? So, followed the directions and, like a miracle, all fixed. How many times has that happened to me? Never. This fellow will get all my business in the future and I will spread the word about his helpfulness."

"Adrian came to my home on time and diagnosed the issue within minutes. He had the spare burner module for my oven in his van and was able to quickly replace it. While we had the unit taken apart he showed me where the issue was and explained expertly. When I tell you that it took longer for my oven to pre-heat than for him to make the repairs that is no exaggeration. He stuck around to make sure that all oven functions were in good order and working properly before leaving. The whole visit was less than an hour and I could not be more grateful. Adrian's expert repair work, professional demeanor, and attention to cleanliness are all reasons I would hire him again. The repair to my oven will allow me to host Christmas dinner for my family this year. Thank you Adrian!"

"I was referred to Reed Appliance. My washer machine was not draining properly. I called left a message they called back in 5 minutes. He said I can tell you how to fix it. I said ok but if it doesn't work I will call you back. I tried and it worked. I'm so happy to know there are people out there that don't take advantage of you. Next time I have a problem with an appliance I will defiantly call Reed Appliance. So happy!!!"

"Reed Appliance Service just replaced my dryer vent with a new rigid duct. He did a great job - was fast, courteous, timely and cleaned up after his work. I will definitely use this service again if we ever need any appliance repairs. We'll also have him back to do yearly service on the dryer duct."
