"New to the area, we found Aqua on google. we didn’t install the system ourselves and we wanted to know what we were dealing with. Doug and his team helped us with a variety of needs including servicing / cleaning, repair of corroded line sets, clean up poor installation and drywall patch. Doug was very helpful in explaining the issues as it was a large expense. When the tech Tyler left, the system was in tip top shape. We used the system and discovered one of the units wasn’t draining properly. Emailed Doug in the evening and by the time I called the office the next morning they already had a tech on the way out. He quickly repaired the issue - yet another present from the prior owner installation. The owner Doug and his team, including office staff over phone and email and Tech Tyler who was great to work with as he repaired - pretty much everything the prior owner had done, were amazing."
