"The owner is a real jackass. I went there last year for an inspection and asked if they need to roll down the rear window, because I had a shade stuck on the inside for my toddler. He says "if you don't roll down your window I will put a fail sticker on". Easy there sport, I was just asking a question. One of the mechanics came over after and apologized and said the guy was having a bad day. Fast forward to a few months ago - I call on Friday and ask if they do stickers on Sunday, the guy said yes. I show up Sunday at 10am, park in front of the bay and walk in - the guy says "what do you think you are doing?". I ask if they are open for stickers, he says "27 years and I have never been open on a Sunday for stickers and you think I am going to be open this Sunday? WE ARE NOT OPEN ON SUNDAY". How TF would I know what your hours are? Even if I went to you every time, that is once per year... I am supposed to remember that? Which is why I called. Maybe they thought I meant Saturday - who knows - but I took time out of my day to come to YOUR business and you want to be rude like I am inconveniencing you trying to give you my money? Total jerk - I make it a point to avoid this place for gas. Customer service matters, jackass."
