"I am a repeat customer of Stoneham Ford. I went to a Nissan in 2021 but went back to Stoneham this past Saturday and bought a new Explorer. The only reason I didnt purchase or lease my last vehicle from Stoneham Ford in 2021 was due to the pandemic and the lack of available cars. Since my lease was up, I needed to get another car quickly and a popular Nissan dealership had one car available so I grabbed it. While it was necessary, going to this other dealership was not pleasant and a big mistake on my part. In fact they were a complete nightmare. My paperwork was wrong, the car was delivered to me with a leaking back tire and they will hound you time and time again to provide a 5 star review. My experience over the years with Stoneham Ford is completely opposite. Every time I have been to Stoneham, the experience has been nothing but top notch and pleasant. Stoneham is definately NOT your typical car dealership. The Sales staff is laid back, very friendly, helpful, and not sneaky. They take the time to answer any questions and fully explain all charges, etc. I highly recommend Stoneham Ford to anyone who is in the market for a car."
