Jam Time at Natick Play at the Natick Mall

"We were having a great time until they said the bathroom was closed. But someone accidentally went in there and everything was working fine, no problem with the plumbing at all. When my daughter had to really go the bathroom they said no. I asked what is wrong with the bathroom since everything looks to be in working order and it looked clean. They said it was unsanitary. So it is closed because it needs to be cleaned??? It looked clean... likely they already cleaned the bathroom and didn't want people to "mess" it up. If that is the case, there needs to be better quality control. And if it needed to be sanitized, wouldn't you do that before a scheduled party? I don't like to give one star reviews but this was so unreasonable I had to bring it up."

"Such an amazing experience! They didnt let us lift a finger - all decorating, set up and cleaning was done by staff. Celebrated my daughter's first birthday this weekend and planning was effortless. The gym was extremely clean and workers stayed on top of everyone being sanitized throughout the party. Very responsive via email - hard to get them over the phone. Regardless, the only fault we experienced were the kids being so upset they couldn't play more (we sticked to the 2hr package). We will definitely add more time for the next event!"

"I came here the other day with my 11 month old feeling skeptical and wasn't sure what to expect about a place like this. Elena was very nice and comforting. I noticed how she was cleaning the toys and was impressed because most places like this do a poor job with cleaning. Definitely coming back again soon!"

"Had our son’s 3rd birthday party here yesterday and everything from cleanliness, customer service and decor blew my expectations out of the water! The owner and staff were so so amazing we literally didn’t have to lift a finger! and everyone (including adults) had the best time! Thank you for a great party!"

"Nice, newer play place. Can get crowded at peak times or days when it is rainy (like today). Great spot to let the little ones burn some energy. We use it as a spot to reward our kids if they behave while we are in the mall. There is a spot to being food in and eat while your kids run around."
