"The place is big enough, but the all toys are so dirty and everything looks so old. It’s so close to my house but I would still prefer to drive somewhere else than."

"Mady the manager on Sunday was the most horrible and rude manager I have ever come across. I came in for a birthday party with three kids, I didn’t have my wallet, I didn’t have socks and she refused to let me in barefoot to be with my kids (despite others doing so). I asked to speak with the general manager and was given pushback, attitude, eye rolls and disgusting treatment - making me stand behind a gate and watch my kids from behind a line. She couldn’t explain any policy to me and I was treated like dirt. This place is a joke operationally and they need to look into customer service, humanity and some simple professional training. Take your money elsewhere"

"We just had our son’s first birthday party at this location and we are completely blown away! The manager Mandy and the girls set the whole thing up from the beginning till the end and made sure we were well taken care of! They decorated the room beautifully and it was more than we ever expected! This team is exceptional and we are so very happy with how everything came out. The kids had a blast and everyone was just impressed with how great everything was. I want to thank the team again and hands down this place is by far the best. They made our son’s first birthday very memorable!"

"My daughter celebrated her 3rd birthday at this location. It was absolutely amazing. The staff took care of everything and was so attentive to our needs. Without hesitation they setup everything, including the cupcakes and candy treats I brought for decorations. They even helped fix our cake after it got a tad messed up when we were taking it out the car. I was so impressed with the staff. I highly recommend having birthday parties at this location. "I love having Jam Time as a local indoor play area and my boys are old enough to request it often! I had my twin boys' 4th birthday party there and everyone had such a great time. Perfect place for a winter event. One of my favorite things is it's a place where I knew that during potty training we won't run into trouble being at an outdoor playground without a proper bathroom. Also weather, too cold, too hot, raining.... sometimes indoor play is a nice treat."
