"I can’t believe how terrible and rude the customer service i received over the phone. Phrases like “good luck with that” “let me know how that goes for you” in a sarcastic tone is horrendous to hear from a place I was trying to work on my 911. I never leave reviews even with bad service because it’s not worth my time but there’s not need to be a douche. Oh well. One lost customer will mean nothing for them."
