"My suv came out very dirty. Did the 16.00 one. They did let me go through a second time. But even after the second time, it wasn't clean at all. I know it's salt season, but the drive-through car wash doesn't do the trick at all."

"I have been very disappointed in this car wash in recent months. The car no longer comes out dry the tires don’t get shined all the way around. By the time you tip it’s $30 to wash your car. They can do better."

"Really like ScrubaDubs carwash and convenient express interior cleanings, but lately they've been doing a terrible job with wiping the interior windshield leaving terrible streaks only visible at night or when interior fog. I've asked them multiple times to focus on it a bit more or either don't wipe it at all as I always have to reclean it fully. Whatever product they're using is terrible as even normal windex wouldn't leave streaks this bad, almost feels like they're just wiping it with whatever greasy armor all they use for the dashboard."

"They canceled my appointment for a detail but I was able to show up anyway and get my car’s interior cleaned - however they refused to clean any dog hair and my car was returned to me almost exactly how it was left. But even outside of the dog hair they barely cleaned it, windows still had smudges, etc."
