"My daughter is a student at Dean College and called me with about an issue with her car. Being from the DC area, it was difficult to find the right auto repair shop. After reading reviews, I decided to call Franklin Tire & Auto to see if they would look at the vehicle and be willing to deal with me over to phone only and for possible payment. Sean at Franklin Auto agreed and was ready to assist. To make matters more difficult, my daughter was moving out of her dorm and we only had a few days for the repair to happen. I was going to fly to the area and drive her back to DC in the car. After having to go as far as Pittsburgh to find the part, Franklin Auto was able to get my daughter's car repaired in a time for me to bring her back to DC for the summer Sean was so accommodating by allowing my daughter to bring her possessions to the car while the car was on the lot awaiting repair. All in all, I am impressed and thankful that I chose Franklin Auto. Sean was so professional and respectful to my daughter in a time of "crisis" for us. It means a lot to be able to trust a stranger with the care of his daughter and vehicle. Thanks to them for the quality work in a timely matter as well. I plan to use Franklin Tire & Auto for whatever repairs needs may arise while my daughter is a student at Dean."

"We were on our way to visit friends in Franklin when our, older, car suddenly got hot, lost acceleration , speedometer went out and we pretty much coasted into their yard. Being from out of town we knew there was no way to get the car home, well actually there was with a $600.00 tow, and that wasn't an option! Our friends suggested Franklin Tire and Auto. Our car was dropped off Monday morning to be serviced. By afternoon I spoke with Sean, be said the car had 7 service codes come up and all related to the transmission. First thought, we were done. He said he went with the most obvious and that was checking the transmission fluid. He found it black, burnt and low. Was this the answer, he didn't know but said it was worth a try . Keep it overnight, run it in the morning and hope for the best. Tuesday morning, Sean called, car is running great, no overheating, no noises, everything working, just running great. Not being from Franklin totally felt we could have been taken. Sean was honest and extremally fair with us knowing we might never come in again. I highly recommend this garage for anyone that wants an old school honest mechanic to care for their cars."

They got the car done WAY quicker than I expected, everyone was super nice, and when my insurance wouldn’t cover the damage they were able to get my car back in driving condition for a cheaper price than initially quoted. Super grateful and they even gave me a Dunkin’ gift card after St. Patrick’s day! Highly recommend these guys! Thank you so much"

"I wish I can rate this place 10 stars, too bad that google only allow 5. I went this shop for replace my car wheels, Sean took care of it and has done fabulous job, It was more than my expectation. The most important thing is this business is incredibly honest, they are really charge for what the work worth, I feel I am very lucky to brought my car to them. Very sad to say there are not too many places like them, I will definitely bring my cars here for maintenance or repair."
