"Gammon’s was fantastic! We tried turning our heat on for the first time and found that the 1st floor wasn’t working. We also wanted to get an annual cleaning since the home is new to us. After calling several companies, one shared that they couldn’t help us and to try and get on their list next year, two others said the soonest they could get to us sometime mid-November and December. Definitely not something that we could get by on with no heat. One call to Gammon’s and they were at our house the next day!! They said they can’t always be out that fast but it worked out great. When they arrived, we met the technician Davon who was the best!! He got our system back up and running, and even suggested us not to do a cleaning because it appeared that the unit was just recently serviced and looked good in that regard. As part of his inspection, he pointed out some past repair jobs that may cause us some problems in the near future and made a few recommendations. We know the boiler is at the end of its life expectancy so we expected as much and look forward to them taking care of it. Davon was so great that we will be sure to specifically request him every time!"

"Amazing Project Stress Free We were in an emergency situation (Boiler Flooded, needed to be replaced, our quoted company couldn’t get the job in the books but they said 14 weeks out) We have 2 young children and are business owners using our home as our office. I called Gammons at 4:29pm, I was giving one more shot at another company, Debbie answered the phone. I was in need of help and she was a life saver- She had compassion, urgency and made things happen. That even the OWNER came out to our home and gave a quote with plan to have our oil unit switched out to installing propane unit Putting together pieces: Jaime was precise with coordination of the installation schedule timeline for this to go smoothly (Even helped with it being completed by my daughter’s birthday) THE INSTALL TIME! Victor called and gave us very clear directions on the installation tools/units/people/things arriving the night before Chrispypray and Bond were the ones who put this together piece by piece on schedule. Very trustworthy, friendly and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond, attention to detail and informed us of any issues or decisions that were made related to code/safety. They were respectful towards our home, work area and pet friendly. Project completed on time! The coordinating with the propane company was one of our biggest reasons to go with them too. Also, coordinating energy rebates for us AND had a third party scheduled for pickup of old oil tank/boiler removed all on schedule. The Team who worked on our home propane system at Gammons is amazing and I highly highly recommend them to anyone who has any heating needs!!!!! They offer great warranties and maintenance. The heat is running great, quiet, has wi-fi, auto water shut off. Glad we went with a local owned business and had the pleasure to meet the owner. It showed the members take pride in their work and enjoyed what they do. They have clear communication with each other and it made the whole process clear on us."
