"I had to go here because it was the only one certified for my truck by the truck's manufacturer. Their other closest place is Boston, so I was stuck. The absolute worst to work with. Terrible customer service. People answer the phone with "I couldn't tell you" or "I have no idea, not my area" - and just silence after. Not solution minded whatsoever. Large parts were missing from my initial estimate - so I asked for those pieces to be filled out. No response to email asking for the rest. Finally after many phone calls, the person - Liza Clark - said she put $1.00 in those places because she has no idea. How can I use an estimate like that? Got the exact same partial estimate back again even after requesting it to be filled out properly. They refuse to complete even the most simple tasks, and they get angry while underperforming! I had to push for everything, hard. Tiny shop with almost no space to do anything. Wouldn't trust this place with my kid's tricycle. Much less my $100k truck. They can't even get a bunch of the work done themselves - a repair requires it to be towed to the manufacturer's Boston service center anyway. I guess they don't have the equipment anyway. Hard pass... Extremely unprofessional and rude."

"I had work done on vehicle 12/31/18 picked up vehicle 1/4/19 and after almost 4years the paint where the work was performed is peeling. Called rp bell on 9/11/23 left a message a employee called right back and said unfortunately we were bought out by another company and there is nothing they could do for me . I replied I have a contract from poc stating lifetime warranty and she still said sorry nothing we can do for you . I told her I plan on taking legal action to resolve my situation. I wouldn't recommend them in regards to any work first if there work can't hold up to warranty or make it to year 4 they aren't worth getting work done !"

"My truck was left unlocked in the lot and ran through. Windows open. They got exterior paint from re-doing my panels on the interior. My radio stopped working after they tweaked with wiring (refuse to fix) and then they failed to install my bumper correctly. It’s literally in crooked. I’ve had to call out many lousy repairs and had to drive back and fourth countless times to get small tweaks done. None which were done with care. Every time I call it’s “you already paid” and “my technician says he can’t do anything” 0/10"

"Do not recommend this place unless you want everything taken from your car that their techs can get their hands on. 350$ in ones and 5s from my tips taken, a vape and extra cartridge and countless other personal items. This place is full of liars and thieves. 0/10 don’t recommend. Conveniently their camera system doesn’t work either. There is no damage to my vehicle related to anyone breaking in and they supposedly kept my car locked while it wasn’t being worked on. Police report has been filed but I still wouldn’t trust your vehicle their."
