Every time we have talked to them their response is “we are going to get to it soon, we have just been really busy” the last contact we had was 3-4 months ago when my fiancé told them that we need the truck back because we are down a vehicle. REGARDLESS of what their excuses are, I’m wondering what kind of company keeps a vehicle for 2 years sitting with almost no contact with the owners.
