"The cashier really did make a comment to my daughter while removing the security tags "do you want me to remove them, or do you want to pay $140.00 fine. My daughter had her card in the machine already to pay. I was asking about the closed fitting rooms. My daughter is a beautiful biracial, educated, young woman. These jeans will be returned. Handing out a paper to my kid to work at H&m..I'll put it nicely she's graduating college to get a career. Y'all are horrible"

"If I could give this company ZERO stars I would. After spending close to $30.00 for ONSIES for my toddler I was shipped the incorrect item. I called into their customer service department and had a really hard time understanding them to do phone static. I asked for a refund and was told I would have to wait until they received the item back to issue a refund. Most places these days will issue a refund even before you drop the item in the mail. Told the rep that I don't believe that is an ethical business practice anymore especially for a company that is supposed to be so highly rated. I asked to speak to a manager and they put me on hold and spoke to the manager themselves never bringing me into the equation. When he came back onto the phone I told him that I didn't want to hear his rendition of what the manager said and that I wanted to speak to him MYSELF. I was denied that right and was HUNG UP ON. This was my first time ordering from this company and you can bet that I will NEVER order from them again. SO DISAPPOINTING!"

"There was this young rude cashier who made a snotty response when I commented on how it must be hard for people to shop when fitting rooms are closed. She had the nerve to respond by saying no not really, at least you won’t get sick and die! Upper management need to invest on training this girl some better customer service skills! It’s great you closed the fitting rooms for safety but the lack of professionalism in her response was unnecessary."

"I found a dress for my event coming up; however, this is the third time the cashier has neglected to take off the security tag. The security alarms consistently go off throughout the store and it seems as though the employees don't care or like its a normal thing. This is a huge inconvenience for me seeing since this is the closest store to me and it is still an hour away. The employees were very nice and talkative which I appreciated, but I still am very upset about it, it took me over an hour to get off."
