"Todd is really nice and knows his wrench. Much better than most mechanics locally. Hes not lazy. Hes honest and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend if you want your issue fixed right the first time."
"Absolutely couldn't ask for better service. Todd went out of his way to solve and fix the wiring problem I was having. Highly recommend!"
"Do not ever purchase a car from this man who owns this shop!! I bought a car from there in November. It has been nothing but HELL trying to get him to fix the LEMON he sold me. He wouldn't even fix the car to make it pass inspection! I paid over $1,000 for a car he sold me. Today, I brought my car to a different mechanic and they told me the transmission is on it's way out! The mechanic told me today to not to drive the car on the highway because it's not safe! When I purchased the car, the guy at Berkshire County Auto said that it is safe to drive and everything is in good working condition. Jokes on me! Please, save your money and time. Go elsewhere!"
"This is a joke for an auto shop. We had our car in there the day before Thanksgiving and he didn't give us an estimated price, didn't give us an estimated time as to when it would be fixed. We had problems with our blower motor. He kept our car until Saturday afternoon, didn't give us the price until then, and we paid him $350. Our fan worked until Monday afternoon and then it quit. We took it back to him and he sent my fiance to Great Barrington to get a part that we didn't even need and took it to him and he said it wasn't the right part. We didn't go back to him. We went to another auto shop and they fixed our car with bo problems AND even fixed the heat that was messed up."
"Very pleased with service. My car started giving me trouble on Thanksgiving day. The engine skipping badly so I expected the worst. I called Berkshire County Auto Repair based on its good ratings and was happy they were willing to look at my car that day. The owner called me a few hours later telling me the problem was fairly minor but he would need to open the engine and asked if I'd like some other maintenance done while he had it open, he gave me the estimated cost and I agreed to the extra work. I also asked if he'd change the oil and check my brakes. I picked up my car that day, fully repaired, fluids changed and overall review of my vehicle. I was informed I would not need brake work. The work was quick and fair. I felt very confident that the work done to my car was extremely professional and competent."
