"Very cute spot. We were a little thrown off by the QR code menus and ordering at the counter instead of our table, but the food and tea was delicious. Beef bulgogi dumplings were my favorite."

"Ordered 3 different types of dumplings, 1 fried rice, and the 2 different types on mochis. Staff slow on service, and the ordering system is a mess. Food is nothing special, mochis not worth it."

"Loved the ambiance of Bao Bao Dumpling House. Drawback is every time you want to order something you have to get up and place the order at the front counter. Drinks, an extra bowl of rice, dessert have to be rang up at the front counter. We will definitely return and try some other dishes! Excellent customer service!!"

"The restaurant is very cute inside, and all the tables are numbered. You order your meal to your table by number. I ordered takeout, but I could see that this place would be fun to eat with friends or family. I got the Ragoon Crab egg rolls with grilled chicken, and it was good, but I was a little disappointed by the portion size being a little small. Overall, I would like to go again to check out some of their dumplings."
