"I liked some of the people( men) that I talked to but after dealing with this place for many weeks being told about the wrong paperwork that I needed to get to my doctor then finding that that was different paperwork( woman) for an insurance so it wasn't as detailed weeks and weeks going back and forth and then I finally have everything in order that they said that they needed and then this one person ( woman)tells me that they don't service my area.. Everyone else said it was fine if I picked it up and then she came up with that she needed to do a home inspection when talking to the insurance company and the other companies that also have them they all said what are they talking about you don't have to do a home inspection. Unprofessional & waste of time Complete waste of time of many many weeks I'm so frustrated and still don't have a"

"I had a great experience here. Fixed/ Serviced my 3 year old Lumex Rollator, and Wayne worked a Miracle, I tell ya it’s just like new! Brakes, screws, the seat, all back in place. Thank you Wayne! Lots of other supplies, very reasonably priced. Phil got me a elevated wedge, and a hand bike. Also talked to me about a recliner. I was so comfortable, I took some time and looked around and bought some more items that would make my life easier. Reusable ice packs, that also can be versatile and turn into hot packs as well. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place, and I will return. I’d also recommend to a friend for any medical supplies or needs."
