"My pool was green for over two weeks. I went to store every three days during this time for water testing and nothing they told me to do failed. In addition, most employees were rude and condescending. They talk over you, shove expensive products in your face, and assume you're ignorant. I went to a competitor down the street for water testing, followed their instructions instead and it worked immediately. Avoid this store."

"I purchased an easy fill pool to stay in the yard as a family. I don't know anything about pools, so when we didn't use it for a week and it turned green, I came in to this store to get advice. The manager was condescending when I asked questions of a pile of product that 3 different prices. She assumed I didn't want to spend $200 to clean the pool but instead suggested I dump the entire thing and start over. Her attitude is the reason I left with a tiny box of shock. We've enjoyed having pool this summer we are planning on getting an aboveground next year but definitely not from this rude place."

"I Love this location and it is one of the best of it’s franchise. The staff rock and are friendly, courteous and available to assist you. They offer a wealth of knowledge relating to pools. I thought I was the only one who thought this until I talked to many customers who also feel the same way. Compared to Dartmouth, MA location it is the best. I travel from New Bedford, MA to this store because of the staff. If you ever shopped at Dartmouth, MA you will understand why I mention this topic. Dartmouth location is rude and never available to assist customers."

"Extremely rude. Walked in yesterday to pick up an item that was called in by the Weymouth store. The man at the counter made a remark thinking he was funny about my wife being on her phone. Not funny and then when I asked how much the item we were purchasing cost he said "How much money you got?" Not exactly what a customer needs to hear."
