"Shopped on 4/8/2023... Cashier ID # 0362385... Reg # 2 ... Disappointed and will NEVER return to this store! My daughter and I were sneaker shopping and we approached a very unfriendly salesman. I asked if there were any Jordans. He had an attitude and pointed to where they would be, if they had any. My daughter and I just looked at each other thinking, what is this guys problem! My daughter located a pair that she liked and wanted to try them on. So we didn't want to interact with that man again. So I walked to the front of the store to ask another salesperson for assistance. I wait for about 5 minutes just standing there while this gentleman was talking away with a friend. So I figured I'd ask another salesman for help. This young man was very busy actually helping other customers. So I asked if he could get me the sneaker in a size 7. He said ok, but then handed off the sneaker to the first salesman that we dealt with. We asked him if the sneaker came in half sizes and he said yes. My daughter told him she was unsure if she was a 7, so she asked if he could bring her a 6.5 This man with a nasty attitude said "which size do you want a 6.5 or 7"? So I told him to bring her a 7. When he returned, she tried them on and it was way too big. He said try the display model, it's a 6.5, those too were way to big. We asked for the 6... While she was trying them on I loosened the laces so they can slip on easier. He's just glaring at us with a look of disgust as she's trying them on. He just made the whole shopping experience horrible and very uncomfortable for us both. My daughter was very excited looking for new sneakers but dealing with this man was ridiculous! When it was time to cash out, he rung us up. As my daughter was entering her credit card info into the card reader, this man reaches over and entered some info, (I believe it was the survey) needless to say, this man was a disgrace and after spending money in this store and to be treated so rudely, it wasn't appreciated! After the purchase was complete we told him "thank you and have a good day" He on the other hand didn't say anything to us, not so much as a Thank you! As we were walking out the store, my daughter looked at me and said that she will never return to that store ever again and I just shook my head in agreement. As expensive as the sneakers etc are at that store, this is NOT the way you should treat a "paying customer"! Don't waste your hard earned money at this store with rude and ignorant sales people... As stated, there was 1 gentleman that was actually working and being attentive to the customers. But this guy we dealt with was rude from the moment we walked into the store to the moment we left. As for the other rep, he was talking to his friend the entire time we were there. Too busy talking not acknowledging us while I waited for 5 minutes or anybody else for that matter. Maybe upper management should make a surprise appearance and see for themselves just how poorly the employees treat customers!"

"I'm a sneakerhead and I'm always ready to buy a few kicks. But every time I go in this place, I'm so disappointed. I wanna buy but no one acknowledges you, doesn't help, on their phone, and talking amongst themselves and swearing. I don't even know why I still look in there."

"Today, 6.29.21: Had to conduct a simple exchange that was set up via the phone 2 days prior, Had a great experience with the female manager, but 2 male associates especially one of them took it a bit further than was necessary, especially dealing with a customer. My review 2 years ago was 5 star's... The Negative interaction with that 1 young man with the well groom face & tatoo'ed arms was observed by my son, so it was a great experience for him to see how Not to treat a customer, & a well paying customer. 2 years ago: Pretty good experience .....the store is well kept and the associates are polite."
