"What a hidden gem. I recently dined at volcano while staying at the hotel on the same property for a business trip. I must say the food was absolutely delicious. I had the lamp chops which were cooked to perfection and the chicken wings for an appetizer. I highly recommend trying volcano for a memorable dinning experience! The staff was super friendly also."

"Had dinner at Volcano on our way South..the app Volcano Cheese (pic) was amazing. I had the salmon and my husband steak Frites. Everything was delicious, atmosphere lovely and service was amazing. We had Rachel. She was sweet with a sense of humor and professionalism. Would highly recommend."

"What a hidden gem!! Came here on a Sunday night and had the most delightful experience. The food was amazing - we had the volcano cheese (a block of cheese fried on a cast iron skillet, doused in cognac, and lit on fire!) which was as delicious as it was entertaining. We ordered the shrimp saganaki & lamb chops for entrees, and both were excellent - freshly prepared, well seasoned, and great flavors. And the staff were exceptional - incredibly warm and friendly people who genuinely care about providing a great experience. We will be back again & hope more people will discover this fantastic place!"

"Weirdly good. I had a shrimp pasta, a little overpriced, but a serving size that would have fed two. A decent sauce, angel hair close to perfect. The salads looked good (no dinner salad, they should offer this with entrees), and a full bar but no signature cocktails (ouzo lemon honey and mint, I mean be proud!) There’s a strong Greek theme, but no real culinary commitment. My server was great- pleasant and prompt. Bar food is reasonably priced- 1/4 what I paid- and looked good. Bartender was engaging and energetic. All in all, a bar with at least one above average dish."

"Went to Volcano for the first time tonight and had a wonderful experience! The staff was great, professional, personable and attentive. Met the owner who sat with us, answered questions and shared some stories. All 4 folks in our group shared appetizers of Volcano cheese plus an order of smoked wings that literally fell off the bone. Our entrees included a rib eye cooked to perfection, awesome lamb chops, a wonderful pasta kokinisto and a chicken sandwich that was fantastic. The beer, wine and cocktail list is perfect with something for everyone available. The desert was a massive slice of cheesecake that was heavenly. Veggies & potatoes cooked perfect and the pita bread with dipping sauce to start was a nice change from ordinary bread and butter. I look forward to our next meal there and would definitely recommend it for date night or families as the menu has some great choices for the kiddos."
