"This neighborhood joint is awesome. Our favorite Chinese food takeout in Portland. We typically order one of the chef-recommended chicken dishes, a noodle dish, fried dumplings, and a few egg rolls. Always delicious and enough for left overs! The owner takes the time to chat while ringing us out— Fortune Garden is a treat."
"When you walk into the place it does not give the appearance that your meal will be the best Chinese food in Portland!! Have order from there four times with each order being a wonderful delicious meal made just as we ordered! The male working the counter (I believe the husband) comes across as not very friendly. If you arrive before your order is really and the place is not busy he opens up in conversation and is a super friendly gentleman. Parking is on street and very easy."
