I called at 2pm to absolutely assure my car will be ready at 4pm, when my wife and 2 young kids will be picking it up (8hours after it was dropped off) 4pm car is not ready, not even at the VW dealership, 30 minutes later when I call the dealership it’s still not ready “but will be over soon”. “I thought it would be ready” was the only explanation given. Now I remember why I have bought 7 vehicles from Lee, and this will be my last time using O’Conner."
