"3 different times over the last couple years I have tried to make an appointment online with this location the first time I made the appointment showed up for appointment and they told me they can’t get me in which is why they didn’t confirm appointment online so I went elsewhere the second time I made the appointment and never got conformation so I didn’t go in for the appointment and was yelled at in the phone for not showing up. Today they showed up for an appointment I made 4 days before the scheduled appointment and was told they didn’t have the tires in stock! So I drive up the road to capital city tire to get the tires I wanted."

"I made an online appointment for my annual swap from all seasons to studded snows. I arrived on time and they took me right in. The manager gave me an estimate on time and cost and the tech came out and confirmed it again. He further advised he had a new hire with him, and there would be two of them working on my car. They estimated 90 minutes and they were done in a little less than an hour. Cost was reasonable, employees were professional, I’ve gone here for several years and will continue to."
