"The Charlie's experience started out feeling a bit rushed and pressured to pay for/buy a vehicle they didnt even have yet to checkout or test drive by the sales woman but the manager Kyle did everything he could to help us and make the experience better and make us happy customers. The fact vehicles are being sold before they even arrive leaves the customer feeling pressured to buy sight unseen if they want a vehicle under $35k but that is not Charlie's fault as most dealers are in the same situation at the moment.
