"I have been super particular about local auto shops due to some bad experiences previously. But I will say, that most of the employees here, have been very knowledgeable, eager to help, never tried to upsell, and overall had great customer service. Sadly, on the other hand, the manager, Todd, is one of the most disrespectful to his employees, yells at his employees with faul language, showed no care for customers entering or leaving, and just sits in the back and is hardly even in the store. I was told that this location has the highest turn over rate due to the lack of management skills, and the severe disrespect to his employees. I will have to order online any future purchases as I refuse to support a place that accepts management to treat their employees like this. Good luck finding people who stay employed here longer than a month. Because when one person sells you an item trust me they won't be there next time you need something else."
