"The worst Dairy Queen! Manager has no management or customer service skills. He told us he did not have access to the corporate phone number. We watched a whole thing of cups and lids fall to the floor and they just pick them up and put them back to use them. There was also guy(non employee) who was dripping sweat who walked behind the counter into the kitchen where the food is being prepared. He was just talkto staff before leaving. There was an employee who gave us an attitude to move away from the counter when we were not in the staff area, infact we were at the pick up window. at that time The manager came out yelling with an attitude would not listen at all did not ask what the issue was And told us we could just leave. We asked for corporate's phone number the manager Ernest said he had no access to it and refused to give it to us. We asked the kid's name and he refused to give it to us and he says it is not a policy to wear name badge And they do not give out names which is a complete lie. The facilities were so dirty in the end we did not receive any food. We have contacted corporate on sanitation and poor customer service."

"Ordered two ice creams inside. No one ahead in line. It took 9 minutes. Meanwhile, ice cream kept going out the drive through. Blizzard was barely thicker than a thick shake. Basically poor service inside."
