"I haven’t visited here. Therefore I can’t give a review on the atmosphere. What I can say is the delivery guy is very kind and efficient. The manager goes above and beyond. I once was short 7$, and she said not to worry. Just bring it in when you have it. Not too many businesses do this today. Ever since then, Happy City One has been my “go to” place for Chinese cuisine!"

"The plaza looks run down, a few of the shops are empty, and Happy City looks like it's under construction, but the food is really good. I got General Tso's lunch combo, the chicken pieces were crispy, the pork fried rice and beef teriyaki are quite appetizing."

"Typical Chinese food quality, expensive prices for smaller servings. Example: Orange Flavored Beef Here it is 22.50. At Saigon and Tokyo it is 15.50. So for 22.50 is it better? Nope. Do you get a bigger portion for the extra money? Nope. Actually I'd estimate you get 33% to 50% LESS orange beef for 7 dollars more. Somehow they have smaller plastic trays for their food orders than I've seen anywhere else. Update: I hadn't actually eaten the food yet when I wrote this. The shrimp fried rice was dry and disgusting. The orange flavored beef and beef and broccoli had very thick globby disgusting gravy. Egg rolls were gross and mushy inside. It was very disappointing and disgusting overall for New Years dinner. All that love and it only cost my 90 bucks. YAY!"
