"I am not one to make negative reviews, but I am simply appalled by the conditions of this restaurant. At least 2 people were on their cell phones while handling customers, what are the chances they washed their hands afterward? I witnessed multiple health/food code violations such as; hair not being tied up with length longer than shoulders, wiping food off of the counter with a rag that was picked up from the floor, spraying said rag with cleaner and continuing to clean the counters, not switching gloves when handling different foods, etc. To continue, there were multiple orders being switched, frankly, the order of operations was not running smoothly. I love Jersey Mike’s food, but I am not comfortable coming to this location anymore."

"I ordered a steak and cheese sub from Jersey Mike's subs this evening for the first time. I used Uber Eats for delivery. I wasn't able to order from my usual place because I moved and I am now outside of their delivery zone. So I was nervous ordering from a new place... But oh so pleasantly surprised! The size of my sub didn't appear very large for what I paid which made me even more nervous. And it was only thinly stuffed with steak and cheese. But I have to say it was AWESOME! So different in flavor from what I was expecting but in a really great way! And it wasn't super greasy like a lot of places. And it was so easy for me to chew, not gristly! Even the bread was great! I loved it all! I do wish they had stuffed the sandwich a little more... But I will totally be ordering from them again in the future. Next time, I'm getting extra large haha. Another note: when I called to talk with the manager to tell him what a great job it was, even the manager was really nice to talk with. (Some of my previous favorite places had rude management and dispositions. So this, too, was a pleasant surprise!) Now I can't wait to order from them again!"

"Feels like going to a family get together. Employees are friendly happy and smiling. Great selection menu and they have gluten free bread and /or you can get it in a bowl if you don't want bread"

"I've attempted to order a giant portabella mushroom steak and cheese sub about seven times since they opened this location. So far I believe I have only gotten my sub as ordered once out of the seven attempts. They always forget to add the bacon which costs extra, and sometimes they add onions and peppers which I don't like. Once they forgot the portabella mushrooms...which is impressive since it's in the name of the sub. I don't understand why my order is so difficult to get correct, but I'm sure Door Dash is probably sick of issuing refunds. Probably as sick as I am of paying for dinners I am not eating."

"It's always a pleasure getting our sandwiches from here. We typically place big orders and there's never a complaint. They are patient and very knowledgeable of ingredients they use. Their store is always clean no matter what time of day we go in. The prices and reward points are always a great bonus."
