Richard was our server and he was training but you’d never know it, I’ve Never met a more knowledgeable trainee! Very polite, helpful and on top of things! Definitely the perfect addition to the company! Thank you for such a personable experience!"

"If you pay with the device on the table, be careful. The automatic 20% tip on my order was $2 more than the actual 20%. Also, the green beans side has meat in it, which I was not expecting and turned me off. Otherwise, amazing chicken tenders and fries!"

"We love Texas Roadhouse. The people are amazing and it's a great place to get a steak and listen to some good music. And we try to save up so we can splurge every now and then. However, I can't see us doing that when the appetizer that costs over $11 comes smaller than the child serving of steak fries. How is this an appetizer for more than one person and why does it cost so much when the portion is cut 2/3?"

"While Texas Roadhouse in Augusta offers the typical Texas Roadhouse experience with warm and friendly service, I found the beef selection to be disappointing. The fresh rolls were delightful & fresh, and the food was tasty, contributing to the overall dining experience. However, the limited beef options left much to be desired. Additionally, I couldn't ignore the unpleasant taste of the water, which might be attributed to the ice used. Despite these drawbacks, the staff's friendliness created a welcoming atmosphere."
