"Went to this location yesterday late morning to get my car inspection done and it was super busy so I left and returned this morning at 7:30 to get it done when they open at 8. When they opened the gentleman told me “ oh we don’t start doing those until 9 so it’ll be about another hour and a half “. I thought it was a first come first serve facility not based on what you were needing done. I was second in line. Won’t be returning for any service."

"They did a terrible job on my breaks, didn't offer to help me when I called. NO ONE has apologized and I just got off the phone with the owner, Derek who then tried to gaslight me when I pointed out there was no customer service or concern for my safety whatsoever. Scary they work on cars every day."

"I usually do not use Jiffy Lube but was in the area and decided to give them a try. When I pulled up I was greeted in a very short unfriendly manner. The tech almost seemed annoyed that he had to wait on me. I found the service to be a little slow and way more expensive than any other place I have gone for an oil change. I even used a $16 coupon and still payed $40 more than I usually do. Once the oil change was complete and my truck was pulled out of the bay, I had to wait almost 10 more minutes to get cashed out. Would not recommend Jiffy Lube."

"DIDNT EVEN CHANGE THE OIL!!! CHANGE OIL LIGHT COMES ON DURING LONG TRIP! It feels like back home in Brooklyn here. Shady and rough. I couldn’t get into my dealer during an emergency that caused me to travel a long distance. After trying to sell me new tires, lights and things I didn’t think a jiffy lube would sell I got the bill. $130? I have no special lease or deal with the dealer so why is it so much higher? Full oil change at the dealer is $55 and I didn’t even buy my truck there lol! Also why are you going through my glove compartment? And now my speaker is missing? What the actual F! I tried to get a refund and they just keep giving me the run around!!!! You can’t run from my lawyer who will be calling you very soon!"
