"Zero stars if I could. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. They post a board and on instagram of what they are buying then refuse like new items for “wear” when there is a single lint ball on it and when most of the items currently in store are far more worn (stains, pilling, etc). Additionally, there is a policy they can’t accept inside out items (so zip up any sweatshirts because if they’re unzipped they’re considered inside out- how ridiculous!) Absurdly low pricing for what they do offer to buy…. offered $4 total for a brand new Carhartt beanie and belt bag before. Don’t waste your time."
"I have come here in the past and had a good experience with them taking some of my clothes and explaining to me why they didn’t take the others. I bring clothes here in hope that I can get a little something back from good clothing that I don’t want to spend the time selling on Facebook marketplace or poshmark. This time around I had a totally different experience. First off, the lady behind the counter was not friendly at all and I wasn’t greeted when entering the building. I had to stand in front of the counter for a few seconds before the girl sorting through clothes told me I had to go to the other side of the counter to drop off. I brought multiple unworn pairs of American eagle jeans and a cardigan. I’m honestly not sure if they even looked through any of them since they are all in the same order that I put them in and I got a text within 10 minutes that they were done looking through them."
"Went to this location this past weekend and they took 5 lululemon align tanks with no question. I just dropped more off today a long sleeve, another tank top (with tags still on never worn), and two pairs of leggings. The woman accused me of having fake lululemon because there was no inside tag on the long sleeve and she couldn’t authenticate my top. I’ve worked at lululemon for 2 years I can assure you it wasn’t fake but I bit my tongue. She also told me that my tank top with the hang tag AND price tag was not able to be authenticated! How can it be that inconsistent between employees. The way she treated me was comical. She told me that the hang tag needed to say lululemon but again as someone who worked for the company it is all real lululemon! I also saw many items that did not have the tag or inside hang tag on them so how could she authenticate those items but not mine?"
"Checked their Instagram to see what their buying needs were ahead time. Since their list said denim, I brought over 12 pairs of gently used brand name denim. Brought only things in great shape and quality, folded nicely to sell just for them to pass on everything and just throw everything back in the bag without folding it. Then was told that they don’t match their needs at the moment (even though Instagram says they do) and that I should come back in February or March to resell. I am not holding onto a huge bag of name brand clothing just for the hope that they’ll maybe buy it in 1-2 months. Let’s be real, they’re probably not going to buy it then either. I’ve seen Target house brand jeans on their racks and my American Eagle jeans get turned away. Just do not even try selling here. You’re wasting gas and time."
"First time going here and should have know when I walked in and standing at the counter they avoid eye contact and did not greet me. I had several brand new clothes with tags on and they stuffed them carelessly back in my bag - Like stuffed back in purpose to ensure everything was as wrinkled as possible, even after telling me repeatedly I was the only one in line to consign that night so they were not busy. Looking around, what I brought in was very nice and know would have been scooped up quickly if put on the rack. Asked me if I wanted to donate but no way did I want to donate it to them with the lack of customer service I received. Customer service is NOT their strong suit nor do I think they get any training on it though unfortunately. I hope their management sees this and uses this critical feedback to help improve this location. I won’t going back or recommending."
