As a female it can be really intimidating walking into any car mechanic type of store but at the Lisbon St. VIP they have awesome women that 100% get it and always make you feel like you're welcome and won't get ripped off. I absolutely love Diamond! She works with me to understand pricing and what work needed to be done. She never talks down to me or makes me feel stupid. I appreciate her so much! Plus, my autistic kid loves going in to say hi and the staff is always receptive to his needs. I can't speak for all VIPs but Lisbon St. Is our place! "I went in for a free oil change, which was a wonderful offer. But while there, they told me I'd need both front and rear brakes replaced. I thought this was suspicious because I'd just had the rear brakes done the prior year. A second opinion confirmed that only one set of brakes actually needed attention (the other was in near new condition), and that mechanic mentioned this was not the first time he'd encountered people who were scared by VIP into paying for unnecessary repairs. Be very wary of recommended work here and always get a second opinion."

The Lady Manager at the front desk was Very well respectful and even left notes of reminder to her workers about a situation that needed the be handle.
