"Overall great service! Would have been 5 stars however the service tech did miss a bad sensor when I originally went in due to my tire light on. Front desk person did make things right and got me back in when my light was still on later that day. They got me in the next day and replacement. They didn't charge me another labor fee just the part. Will be coming back in to future! Everyone is super friendly and when you have an appointment you get seen right at that time. You aren't waiting forever like other tire places"

"My experience with VIP on Sabattus St this holiday week was fantastic. I had a very very bad experience with another tire business and I was certainly not going back to them to fix the new unreal wobble that was now coming from the rear end of my car. Roland took my call, scheduled an appointment for me that afternoon and he took the time to listen to my story about how I got to be in his store with what I assumed was 4 tires that were either not balanced at all or very poorly balanced. He took care of me, even balancing my tires himself. For no charge. It looks like I have found my new reliable tire shop!"

"I came in for an appointment on November 5, 2023 for a tire changeover and an inspection sticker. When I got there to check in for my 11 AM appointment, Lisa, the manager I do believe.? told me she could not find me anywhere in the system but she was able to still get me in. I asked her if she could throw in an oil change as I was due, and she said absolutely. Car was ready for pick up in under two hours. Customer service was 100%. Lisa was amazing."
