"I went to this place for an inspection a couple months back. Not only was the man at the desk extremely terrible with customer service, he me it wouldn’t pass because of my brakes. He told me the brake rates start at $400. I could not afford that. I had also just bought this car and I knew I should probably get a second opinion. They also said this same exact thing to the woman who went after me. She could barely speak English, the man was rude and said the exact same thing as my car. I went to my dealership and they told me I needed windshield wipers. My brakes are not in bad condition. I may be a woman but I am not foolish. Hopefully this place has cleaned up its act since I went there months ago!!!!"

"I came in with a scraping noise, and my check engine and vsc lights on. They replaced my brake pads and rotors which fixed the scraping sounds, and told me they replaced an oxygen sensor which would fix the lights. After a day or so, however, the lights came back on, and when I called another shop the other shop said they probably just reset the codes and didn't fix anything to do with the check engine light etc. I don't know if that is true, because that other shop is a competitor, but what I do know is that they charged me to fix something and didn't actually fix the issue."
