"Everyone working Moat Saturday night 12/27 were just incredible. We checked in with the hostess, got seated earlier than expected by a thoughtful manager, our waitress was attentive , and the kitchen had the most incredible food. All of this and the place was entirely packed. We have come to make this a scheduled stop whenever we travel north. Thanks everyone"

"I’m a BBQ connoisseur. I ordered the 3 meat combo. The pulled chicken was dry as dust. The brisket was all from the point and too fatty to eat. The pulled pork was average but by far the best protein. All 3 meats arrived buried in sauce. Standard BBQ procedure is to let the customer sauce their own, but great BBQ doesn’t even need sauce. They brought me a “consolation” pizza that was all bread and also not worth eating. After a long day on the mountain this could be have been more disappointing"
