"This place was so lovely. We called a day ahead to see if there would be any tours available and the owner made an exception, though he certainly didn't have to. Very friendly guy who told us about the process, and about some gimmicks and standards in the industry, and what to look for on a bottle to know whether it came from the source. We finished up with a tasting and ended up purchasing a bottle each of the bourbon and aged rum, as well as maple syrup."
