"I’ve been a regular customer and the owner seems to be in a good mood usually. But always rushing me to just buy. (Ive never been inside more than 5 minutes I just get 1 or 2 things) Today I wanted to see some product he had I was looking for 10mm size but I could not find in his pile. I asked to see another product as a substitute and he told me that it would not work. He does not know what I use it for but that’s okay I let it go. As I’m walking back he begins to say that I don’t even know what I want and I’m always trying to play tricks. I’ve never thought I was playing tricks and I have always been nice to him as I am with anyone. We exchanged words about my tricks he claimed and I told him I just wanted one thing I was not planning to keep looking like I wanted to. But he wanted to keep arguing I kept insisting I just pay for the 1 product I have. As if he had fun arguing with me. I don’t care if you’re having a bad day. That’s not how to treat or talk customer spending money in your store. Someone else can run your business better"
