Reviews
"I like this CVS, clean and well organized. It's in a good location near Shaw's. You can get grocery shopping done all in the same plaza. Every week errands for me."
"I agree with the other reviews: the store customer service is good, but this pharmacy needs work! The techs and pharmacist on duty when I was there were almost lifeless, they absolutely hate their jobs and the miserable expressions on their face prove it. Zero customer service skills and bad attitudes, they are clearly bothered by customers. It was shocking how bad the service was, I will definitely be changing pharmacies. I remember the days when CVS Pharmacy had high standards...clearly not anymore, at least not there. A call to corporate is in order."
"Want to get your scripts properly filled? Either don't go to this CVS or completely tripple check what they give you before you head home. They made a vital mistake and shorted me 30 pills because of their incompetence but since I went home with the prescription I am in the wrong. I confirmed with drop off a few days prior and they assured me it would be filled properly and guess what that did not happen. I called headquarters and filled two complaints and corporate also acknowledged their mistake. They have made two other errors and apologized to me for their error telling me some of the staff isn't educated enough for their position and now I see why. The attitude attached to their mistake wasn't necessary either. Got to love being screwed by the people who are supposed to help you with your medications. Now I'm short 30 pills for the month and it's a joke to them, wonder how they would feel if it happened to them?"
"I've been here probably 300 times or more . Customer service in the store is really good. People are willing to help. Now.... The pharmacy, has a problem. Service at the pharmacy is horrendous. Do you enjoy being treated like a machine? Not having any eye contact? Being rushed and treated rudely? Come by CVS and hopefully you get that one pharmacy cashier that is just angry all the time. Hoping for a good morning or good afternoon. Not once will you find it here. State your name, birthday, and hope your order isn't screwed up because it probably will be your fault. Also be aware that when they shut down for lunch, they shut down. No ifs, ands or butts. Yes. The entire pharmacy shuts down for lunch. Go ahead and call this CVS pharmacy and just listen to how they pick up the phone. Then call every other pharmacy and see how pleasant everyone else is. Good luck! CVS... Look at all the other reviews. You can do better."
"I've been to the pharmacy on 7541 N Main St. twice so far after switching from Somerset and have had the same very rude cashier both times. The first time , she looked up my prescription and said she needed my card. I told her I've been a customer for 15 years. My card was on file. Instead of looking me up, she simply said if "you don't have your card, your prescription cost $150.00 you don't want to pay that do you? then I need your card" and she walked away. No looking into it, not further help. So I asked for the supervisor who noticed I had two profiles (Why?) and she was able to help me. The second visit, she said "nope, nothing here" and sent me to drop off. No, sorry, your doctor hasn't called it in, No, sorry we don't see a prescription, just "NOPE NOT HERE" Terrible customer service, and its an open area so her co-workers must notice and simply don't care. She needs customer service training. I'm switching pharmacies for better service."
