"The worst experience in the world,terrible customer service bought an submersible well pump from them myself a licensed construction supervisor in state of ma an a licensed Electrian (ma,RI) installed it today after putting the pump back into the well it did not work pulled it out again made every attempted to find out what was wrong , turned out to be the submersible pump . Went back to simons to return for another one an was told by the sale person that there is no way the pump is no good iwent on to explain that it’s three wire the pump doesn’t work ,again I was told that it’s not the pump an this is why we can’t sell to residential people, well I Inturned told him that there is no licence for well pump installer an once the pump is installed that they should be calling an Electrian to do the wiring , so the pump was returned an I was refused to be sold another one. I will never purchase another thing from them an if I can influence an buddy else neither will they ,I’ll send them to someone else. I guess that’s why he works behind a desk at a plumbing supply place an not in the field. The worst costumer service I’ve ever seen. An I was also told that good luck buy another pump an getting it to work , well low an behold went to Home Depot bought a submersible well pump for 200 dollars cheaper an it works ,it’s a good thing I don’t Iisten to idiot sales people"
