"BEWARE BEWARE The young woman behind the register counted out my winning scratch tickets when she went over to lottery machine she was messing around underneath the machine. The next thing you know I was missing $60 when confronted she ran out back and got another older women. She says to me I am just trying to steal her business because she is from another country.. I was Shocked . THE LOTTERY COMMISSION WILL TAKE CARE OF THEM"

"customer service is bad. First, there's an older lady who works there that was very rude to me previously. Despite saying I'd never go back there, we went there today anyways and once again, HATED IT! Their debit card machine was having issues, as the guests in front of us and after had to swipe their cards multiple times for their transactions to go through. When we went to use ours, we were told to swipe it a few times, 3 to be exact. We were told that none of the transactions went through, even despite showing the cashier my banking app that was time stamped of the transaction, as well as listed the merchant and their address. They wouldn't honor that, and Kenny the owner was called on the phone and basically tried to make the situation seem small because it was only a $16 transaction, but still made us leave without what we paid for. I'm not sure if he's aware of his machines glitching or having connection issues, but showing a NON PENDING transaction that was fully debited from someone's account should have been made right! Definitely won't be returning to this place of business!"
