"Staff is incredibly rude, especially the man I assume that is the manager that takes the orders in the lobby, that never fails to be rude to customers. We have been turned away from the lobby due to the drive through being busy (we were told we wouldn’t be served). He never fails to be rude when I ask for sauce with my meal (after spending $60, I’m told I can’t get sauce, regardless if I offer to pay). I try to avoid this location for literally any other location."

"The people are slow. It's supposed to be fast food not slow food. Our order never is right. The bathrooms are never really clean. They still have yet to fix the falling sighn out front of the store. They are rude. Especially the new assistant manager she is not a nice person at all as well as a few that work there. I will not go to this burger King anymore. The only thing that is good there is the food is always hot. But not always what you ordered."

"They literally didn’t toast my toasted sourdough. Couldn’t get any help the day of so I didn’t get to eat my dinner. When I asked for a refund I was offered a coupon for a portion of the sandwich cost, and when I asked again for a refund I was told to kick rocks. Highly recommend going elsewhere."

"I want to barf. Hairy tape in the food and drenched wrap. 1. We ordered a spicy wrap. It’s lukewarm and The wrap is swimming in sauce so I can’t taste anything and I couldnt even take it out of the packaging. 2. The worker at the payment window wouldn’t let us use our BK app. Said we had to do so when ordering. After the first bite of the wrap I started to not feel good and genuinely concerned of the food because of the attitude of the worker. Felt like they did something to our food and as I’m thinking that my sister took a bite of her ice cream and pulled out of her mouth a hairy moldy looking piece of tape. What in the actual hell are you trying to do to people??? Reporting."

"I really enjoyed the ChaKing chicken sandwich and was surprised to see that it had been replaced by the Royal Crispy. I’m sure the sandwich could be good just not from here. My sandwich was uninspired and lacked goodness. It was lukewarm and largely dry. Fortunately I had extra royal sauce added to give it a touch of flavor. Fries were cold and drink was as expected. Service was challenging from the start through the drive through. Once I made it to the window I was quickly dispatched. Sadly I didn’t inspect my bag before pulling forward. I didn’t have any napkins or ketchup and everything was cold. I tried to go inside to resolve but the lobby was locked. Not wanting to wait in the drive thru line I went home for ketchup and a microwave to reheat the sandwich and limp fries to save this underwhelming effort."
