"OK...this is a review because I was impressed with the staff...the food was good...fair price..I'd go there again..BUT, I am bothering to review Subway because I received exception service. Basic customer service is a thing of the past, so when I receive good service it stands out. When I enter the shop, Daryl, the sole employee, was busy working on a phone order. Still, he looked up and welcomed me. Sadly, this is rare...employee generally don't have the basic manner to even acknowledge you. He was carefully preparing the order and redid the wrap because it didn't meet his standards. It looked fine to me, but he wanted it perfect. He changed his gloves and washed his hands and was very conscientious with regard to sanitation...(At a different Subway, I have seen a worker hand out a bathroom key in the middle of making my sandwich - I left without a sandwich) He was friendly, capable, and professional. It can get so very tiring dealing with substandard service. So, when I get good service, I leave with a smile on my face.....and I write a review. Thanks Daryl."
