Domino's Pizza

"Pre-ordered from 20 minutes away on the app, drove there, waited in the parking lot for 45+ minutes for my order of one pizza to be ready."

"1-8-24 I tried to call to make Accomodations for allergies but every time I called the phone would hang up. I placed an order on Uber eats and there was no place for me to make those so now I can't eat the food I spent $ on bc of allergies and other reasons bc I can't get a hold of anyone; 11-27-2021 I placed an online order at 530pm and was told online should be ready by 635pm. I showed up at 653pm and my orders wasn't even started. Was told another 2hrs. They had 4 people working and I was told only 1 cooking. I get that they are under staffed but to wait the same amount of time if not longer when there was only 1 person working us NOT right. Trust me I work in the service industry and I get being short staffed but come on dominos you have to do better. When I inquired about a job I was told they start off at minimum wage. You guys as a company need to do better"

"Absolutely ridiculous that I live in between 2 locations; 1)Forest Ave Portland ME 2.5 miles from me and the 2)is in Gorham ME 3.5 miles from me and neither one will deliver to our house and they don't let the independent delivery companies deliver for them! So stupid and what a lost of business income!"

"The food is fine, the place is drastically understaffed for this area. Domino's is popular for evening ordering here in Westbrook. As it is, this domino's will take 2-4hrs to deliver anything these days as they do not have enough staff to keep up with the orders. Today, for the first time I opted to do a pick up after waiting for 2hrs for the delivery. The young man behind the counter was one of 4 people working at this location, and though his customer service was fine, they had 45 orders to be delivered. Forty, flipping, five orders! Not 45 pizzas, 45 orders. The place was a madhouse. They need 6 more drivers and 3 more pizza makers, at least. My order hadn't even been started after that 2hrs and he's making it now because I'm sitting in the waiting area. Hey, Bain Capitol, perhaps it's time to pay the Domino's staff more to attract more staff. If other local shops had similar ordering online apps, I'd use them."
