"Just tried this place for the first time. I really enjoyed the pumpkin spring roll, shumai, and dumplings. I am very much looking forward to trying more of their sushi offerings! The pad Thai disappointed me; it was unlike any pad Thai that I'd ever had and I won't get it here again. The noodles were thin like angel hair, the sauce more like a red sauce, and mushrooms. Very different taste and texture than from other places. It's more like a different dish entirely. Not bad, but not what I had hoped for. Lots of things in their menu. Convenient location."

"I got the Vegetarian Sushi Combo with an upgraded Wonton Soup. Everything was delicious, definitely coming back. The service was fast and easy. I ordered through the online system and it was pretty easy. There's a small parking lot in the back of the building with a few spots, plenty of street parking if you're willing to walk. It's definitely a lot better in here, there's about six tables. It's very small."

"Pretty solid start, hopefully some improvement from here. My husband and I just rocked an assortment of making rolls, soup, and salad. Everything was pretty tasty. The sushi rice was a bit overcooked at bland and the seaweed salad was confusingly dry, but the portions were reasonable and everything seemed well made other than that. We are excited to keep trying Saito and watching it improve as they are open longer. What a great addition to the Gorham community!"

"I stopped in twice since they’ve open and enjoyed both visits. Order at the counter for take out or sit at a couple available tables. We tried a lot of the sushi on the first trip - the spider roll was my favorite, and the crab Rangoon app was delicious. Second visit we tried the Asian entrees: the sichuan crispy beef, general Tso’s chicken, and orange chicken were all great. Can’t wait to go again - definitely going there general tso’s again. Glad this place opened up in Gorham!"
