"Had to call multiple times, got hung up on both times. They said it would be an hour without telling me if I needed to call back, wait for a call when they're on their way, or just wait. Receptionist yelled at me when I called back. Wow."

"Driver over charged me, than on top of that didn't give me even give me the correct change on the over charge."

"I felt like I was held up at gun point. I paid the driver the designated charge and some extra. He counted the money several times and signified it was not enough. I told him it was more than the charge, but he repeated that it was not enough. He would not open the car doors for us. My husband got out of the car, but the driver kept insisting on more money. I finally gave him more money and got myself out of the car. The driver never got out of the car. He did not get our bags out. We had to get them ourselves. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a Taxi. There should be a law against such behavior. If a company uses people like this, Do not use this company."
