"I ordered a salted caramel brew. When I got it, did not have the burnt sugar on top. When I asked for it, woman said they have been out of it for 2 weeks and there is nothing she could do. I suggested that she should have mentioned it to me when I ordered. She shrugged her shoulders and moved on."
"Last time I went, they messed up my coffee order. For the first time in my life I actually asked for this to be corrected. My goodness did they make me feel like the biggest inconvenience ever. They spent over 5 solid minutes talking inside about which worker messed it up and just kept going on and on about it all. When I was given the correct coffee, better believe they avoided complete eye contact or any words. Also time before that, found a long black hair in my food. Thanks but no thanks."
