"Staff is nice. But I was charged twice for fuel on a small amount & one cleared & I have had a charge of the same amount pending in my account for days & now will have to pay the difference if I add money to my account because of an “authorized hold.” I can understand an authorized hold if you pay with a credit card at the pump. But I paid with a debit card inside of the store. The fact a billion dollar corporation feels they have the right to double charge every day people as “protection” is terrible & a flat out lie. There are many pro cautions they take to make sure you can not pump more than authorized or more than your account will allow. It’s bad enough prices have skyrocketed, but to now charge me twice just to do business with them & say I have to wait 5 business days to get refunded my money is outrageous. Shady tactic & at no point do they let you know you’ll be charged twice."

"I used to pump gas and seeing these people behind the counter with consistent courtesy and always having a good attitude is what I like about it. I signed up for their rewards and got the app and I will be a consistent Speedway customer."

"These people need to learn the meaning of the word “No” - they are SO pushy about thier stupid rewards program , it makes me drive past them to the next gas station & pay more just to avoid the place. The worst is thier new manager. He comes across as arrogant & when you tell him “ No , I’m not interested “ , he gets an attitude. If I pull into this location and see that guy in the window , I just leave. Nothing about this place is so special that makes it worth dealing with thier incessant hounding about this rewards program."

"Always an easy place to stop in for gas. Offers lottery service, cigarettes, newspapers, snacks, a small section with personal care items, a small selection of gift cards, a small selection of mobile accessories, & a snack bar with many options of fountain drinks, ATM machine, and much more. Their loyalty rewards program is well worth joining and should keep you coming back for more and make you a loyal customer. I personally don't think they take care of their employees that well, but that's my opinion. (I'm not nor ever have been an employee) I felt bad when I went late one night & there was just 1 girl working by herself. That doesn't seem safe especially for the location. I wouldn't know how the poor girl would go to the bathroom if she needed, being there alone with the restrooms outside? They used to lock the doors at night & use the drawer, but stopped doing that. I appreciate the rewards program as a customer & just wish they had more consideration for their employees as well. They might not have as many loyal customers if it wasn't for those employees after all... just my opinion though & I'm just a consumer that likes to do business with companies that treat their people well so in turn they'll treat the consumer well. They're the face of the company & they should make sure they give them a reason to treat customers well so it benefits everyone full circle imo"
