"Citizens has been a five star overall rated Bank for the12 years I've banked with them. This STOP & Shop location is closer to where i live, so for past few months I've used this branch....they were not as knowledgeable or as friendly as other local branches. Thanks Citizens!"
"This bank is a joke what they insisted was a 'federal law' another bank said it wasn't. These people have NO IDEA what their doing at this branch what a joke. Never going to come back."
"Went to Citizen's to cash a check that was drawn on their bank. Had proper ID, etc. Teller stated that I would have to pay a 7$ fee to cash that check, drawn on their bank, unless I had an open account with them. I HAD an account with the bank before, but frequent policy changes were to much to keep up with and cost me $. So, that check wasn't worth the 50$ that it was written for. I recommended that the payor switch to a credit union like Freedom or bank like Greenfield Savings. They know what good-customer-service is."
"The initial experience was great, very friendly and helpful they even called a while later to make sure things went well. I did a balance transfer from one credit card to their card for the 18 month interest free deal. However, they did not tell me that there was a 3% transfer fee which totaled $86. I didn't have the option to say yes or no to this fee. I did not see this on the paperwork I was presented but the teller said it's there when I complained after I saw it on my transaction history. He kept emphasizing that that fee would be less than the interest I would pay but he can't know that, since he has no idea how quickly I would pay the balance. I felt it was a tad shady. SO beware of transfer fees people :)"
"Everyone there is friendly and professional. I have been banking there for about 6 or 7 years. Good experience."
