"Medicine pickup takes more than 3 hours ! I dropped off at 12pm. They said they closed at 12:30pm for lunch and the drugs will be available at 2:30pm. I came back at 2:30pm and waited until 3:20pm. Still they were not ready. The pharmacy room was filled with people waiting for picking up. My patience ran out."
