"The pharmacy techs are amazing!"
"2 bad experiences. First they prescribed me the wrong medication and I didn't know until 1 month later when I had some ineffective reactions. Another time I tried to pick up my refill through drive through and they made me wait 30 minutes in my running vehicle and when I tried to get their attention via call button. Nobody responded. People went through the covid testing line to pick up and they still didn't respond to me."
"My visit to the pharmacy on the eve of 9/21/2022 was a terrible experience. The manager addressed me in a rude and condescending manner. I have never felt that bad in ages. According to him, my offense was to have arrived few minutes to his closing time and so cannot refill my medication. I arrived at the store 14 minutes to closing with only 2 individuals before me. Secondly, they had insisted on a particular price for my refill during my visit the previous week. I came back to realize today that actual price was 40% less."
